This ancient Egyptian wall painting displays some of the kinds of foods eaten in Egypt 3,500 years ago. Poultry, eggs, and fish are complimented with fruits below. To the bottom left of the image there are a few beakers, which could contain oil (such as olive or sesame), wine, or beer.
