The patient has childlike proportions, with the head of an old man and a protruding belly. The two are depicted in a building, with a tiled roof overhead and a floor bearing an inscription underneath.

This marble relief scene depicts a Greek physician and patient. The inscription below the scene reveals physician’s name as “Jason, also known as Decimus,” then lists the names of several other family members.
